Once payment for an order is successfully processed, we will promptly arrange for our warehouse to sort, pack, and ship the items. Actual delivery times may experience slight delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical scheduling.

II. Return Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their merchandise.
Items requested for return must meet the following criteria:
The item must remain in normal, usable condition.
The item must show no signs of obvious human-induced damage.
The item’s accessories and original packaging should be kept as intact as possible.
The item must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
